This is the most popular visa for companies to hire talented, highly qualified professionals living outside the EU in a fast and straightforward way.

What should you know if you want to hire a foreigner to work in your company?

• The person you hire may cover a technical or managerial position overseeing other personnel.
• Once the application has been submitted to the UGE, they take a maximum of 20 days to grant it.
• Joint application of the employee and their relatives. Employee visas allow you to bring your family, whether spouse or civil partner, minor or adult children (children over 18 years old).
• It will last for a maximum of three years or the validity of the contract, renewable for two more years.

• Graduates or postgraduates in universities and business schools of recognised prestige.
• A person specialising in the sector you want to hire, with a minimum professional experience of 3 years.
• The company must submit the request on behalf of the employee. During the procedure, the employee can legally be in Spain or their home country.
