INTERNATIONAL TELEWORKERS

Digital nomads

Do you want to telework in Spain, keeping the work conditions of your home country?

Then this is the right visa for you. With this visa, you can live and work in Spain but keep the working relationship with your company located outside Spain.

Main advantages

• You can request this visa from your home country or Spain, provided you are regularly in our country.

• This visa allows you to work in Spain for companies located abroad with which you keep a professional relationship (self-employed or employee).

• If you work as a freelancer for one or more companies located outside Spain, you can also work for Spanish companies, provided your turnover does not exceed 20% of your total income.

• Joint application of the employee and their relatives. The teleworkers visa permit allows you to bring your family, whether spouse or civil partner, minor or adult children, who are financially dependent on you, and even your dependent parents.
