It is intended for anyone who must travel to Spain to perform work in the audiovisual or artistic field.

There are 3 types of residence permits depending on the time you will need to develop the activity in Spain.

Main advantages

• This residence permit allows you to live and work in Spain for the term of your employment activity, so there are different visas or residence permits.

• Your family can come with you.

• You should receive a response in a maximum of 20 days after having submitted your application.

Requirements

The requirements and documentation to be submitted vary according to the duration of your activity. We must differentiate between these options:

1. 1. If you come to work for a maximum of 90 days in 180 days, you need these documents:

2. 2. If you arrive in Spain with a tourist visa and foresee that your stay will be extended, you can request the stay permit, for which you will need these documents:

  • • Documents proving there is an employment or professional relationship with the company that hires or relocates you.
  • • Documents certifying that you (employee) are effectively part of a project and perform tasks within the audiovisual field.
  • • Public or private health insurance (if there is a social security agreement, it is unnecessary).
  • • If you come with your family, a document that proves such a family relationship.

3. If the activity lasts more than 180 days, you can apply for a working visa for professionals in the audiovisual sector.
